BACKGROUNDS

I pitched and directed a three-minute 2D animated film, 'the Joint-Eater'. It is based on the Irish folk tale of the same name. It follows a starving boy infested with parasitic fairies - he must rid himself of them before he dies of hunger. It is set in the Mourne Mountains.

I worked on every aspect of the background pipeline, from concept art to final painted backgrounds.
